Breaking Bad's Hank is joining Better Call Saul's final season

Better Call Saul has been renewed for a sixth and final season, and will include a little treat for Breaking Bad fans.

Co-creator and showrunner Peter Gould has announced Breaking Bad alum Dean Norris will join the show's final season to reprise his role as Hank Schrader, a Drug Enforcement Administration agent and Walter White's brother-in-law. Hank will also be reunited with his partner Steven Gomez, with Steven Michael Quezada set to return in the role.

From the moment the Breaking Bad prequel was announced, fans have begged for more of the show's beloved characters to appear. While Better Call Saul is centred on the early exploits of Walter's unscrupulous lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk), and features both Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) and Gustavo Fring (Giancarlo Esposito), few other Breaking Bad main characters have appeared.
